EEP: Automation and Hydraulics Systems

EEP Elektro-Elektronik Pranjic was founded in the city of Herne in 1989 by Kruno Pranjic who still owns and manages the company to this day. In 2007 EEP found a more spacious facility and moved to its current location, in the city of Gelsenkirchen.

In the early years of the company, it's core field of business concentrated on standard industrial electronics. The company also offered a repair and maintenance service for electro-hydraulic controls. Soon EEP developed its own fully automatic electro-hydraulic longwall system which to this day is still used in the Ibbenbüren coal mine
