LeRoy G. Hagenbuch, chairman of Philippi-Hagenbuch, is pleased to announce that he and Hitachi Construction Machinery / the HCM Group, which includes Hitachi Truck Manufacturing company (formerly known as EUCLID-HITACHI Heavy Equipment) and Wenco International Mining Systems (WENCO), have expanded their existing license agreement to include collection of real-time data.

The original license agreement from January 2000 between LeRoy G. Hagenbuch and EUCLID-HITACHI Heavy Equipment, encompasses various vehicle management systems patents. Information about Hitachi Construction Machinery and Wenco can be found at their respective websites.

Under the agreement, LeRoy G. Hagenbuch grants HCM a nonexclusive license in the United States and Canada to utilize the technology represented by these patents to produce HCM products covered by these patents.
