ARANZ Geo Limited, developer of Leapfrog® 3D modelling software and other solutions that turn geological data into understanding, has announced that it has appointed two senior executives to strengthen its management team.

Mads Moller joins as director of 4D and value added services and Tim Kerr joins as marketing manager.

Shaun Maloney, chief executive of ARANZ Geo said: "We’re delighted to have Mads and Tim join us after successful international careers spanning both large blue-chip companies and smaller enterprises.

"They bring a wealth of experience that will complement the team and help us capitalise on our strong market position as we continuing to experience steady growth."

Mads Moller, an internet and mobile marketing expert, has a successful track record of leadership including roles with IBM, CA, NetScreen, Vodafone, and Google. His extensive IT, mobile, telecoms and new media experience in EMEA and globally, includes go-to-marketing strategy, business planning, alliance development and networking.

Moller’s knowledge of the Enterprise Search industry from his roles at Google and SYL Semantics led him to successfully launch and trade a number of innovative tech start-ups in Europe’s mobile and enterprise application markets.

Tim Kerr was formerly with Airways Corporation where he was responsible for the development and implementation of their Pacific strategy. In New Zealand he’s held marketing management roles with Meridian Energy and AMI Insurance.

Originally from Christchurch Tim has worked in telecommunications in both Australia and the UK, including roles with British Telecom (now O2), Global Telesystems (GTS), and Hutchison 3G (now the mobile brand 3).

Kerr says: "I have a passion for leadership and people management, and enjoy getting the most out of teams. I’m pleased to have joined such a progressive and exciting company."

Moller and Kerr will be based at ARANZ Geo’s head office and research and development centre in Christchurch, New Zealand. ARANZ Geo also has offices in its five territories: Asia / Pacific, Africa, Latin America, North America, and Europe.
