Process infrastructure
Wave’s Process Engineering team has in-depth operational and design experience across a range of commodities including Lithium, Vanadium, Graphite, Base Metals, Precious Metals and Industrial Minerals. The service offered includes test work program design and management, process development, process simulation, mass and water balances, providing process input for pre-feasibility and definitive studies. In addition, Wave’s process engineers are also available to provide on-site commissioning and operational support.
Wave’s Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP) team is experienced in both brownfields’ expansions and maintenance and greenfield projects. Our service offering comprises heavy industrial and mining plant, piping and process equipment / plant, detailed design and drafting, structural integrity and failure analysis, production simulation / debottlenecking, laser scanning, bulk materials handling/conveyor systems, mine site surface infrastructure, sustaining asset strategies, FEA and stress analysis, strain gauging, design and construct/design and supply and fuel management systems.
We use innovative technologies both onsite and in house, we collaborate with clients, contractors and fabricators to ensure practical solutions, including dynamic simulation modelling, static and dynamic structural analysis, specification audit technical management and process management for base and precious metals.
Wave International provides Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EI&C) services for public and private clients, including resource companies, power suppliers, heavy industry and materials handling manufacturers.

Non-process infrastructure
Wave provides civil and infrastructure services on a multitude of projects of varying size and value.
