REMA TIP TOP CEO Thorsten Wach states: "By acquiring Gulich, we consequently continue our strategic acquisitions.

"We expand our network and strengthen our portfolio. REMA TIP TOP and Gulich are both characterized by high standards of quality and service orientation. Thus, we complement each other very well."

Gulich managing director Peter Klimt will continue to head the company within the REMA TIP TOP network. All employees will be retained.

Klimt comments: "The network of REMA TIP TOP provides Gulich with the ideal environment to continue its successful development. I am convinced that we have reached a milestone for our company today."

Following numerous acquisitions in the past years, REMA TIP TOP has extensive experience in the integration of additional expertise and new products into a comprehensive service offer tailored specifically to customers’ needs. Gulich will continue to exist as an independent company following the acquisition by REMA TIP TOP.

With an integrated services and product portfolio REMA TIP TOP has established itself as a successful system provider. Approximately 2,300 service staff members are active on six continents. Gulich usefully complements this network.
