Wear parts for earth-moving machinery
The flame cutting line specialises in processing work pieces made of high-strength steel grades. Among other things, we manufacture wear parts for earth-moving machinery by flame-cutting the parts from hard-wearing Hardox, Weldox and AR steel.
On our flame cutting line even the thickest pieces fall exactly in place. The company has carried out flame cutting since 1979. Both of its two machines are CNC-operated top-of-the-range units. Thanks to this equipment even the thickest and longest steel plates can be cut with computerised precision.
Our welding system has been audited and meets the ISO 3834-2 requirements.
Edging, machining and assembly for mining applications
Our edging lines turn steel into bucket bottoms and sections for use in demanding structural applications. We bend steel into bucket bottoms and various sections for a wide range of uses. We also have special tools for Hardox and other wear-resistant steels. The maximum working width of our CNC-operated, 800t edging press is 6m.
The machining department is capable of handling large work pieces with small tolerances.
Our five advanced assembly lines are capable of turning small and large sub-assemblies made from in-house components and parts acquired from other sources into finished products quickly and efficiently.
Servicing and maintenance of mining machinery
Häggblom’s maintenance service is of great importance to the efficiency of mining operations. We check the condition of your machine’s undercarriage, draw up a repair plan, and service the carriage and track system as agreed. This allows you to ensure reliable operation and save on maintenance costs.
