FAM made a strategic decision towards an investment into the CIS market, including Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The process to open a new office in Moscow, Russia, is part of the internal organic growth strategy. The new company FAM CIS will be the headquarter for the CIS region. With this important strategic step, FAM is able to further support the entire market and existing customers located in the CIS region.
The new office will be represented by Guido Hesse and Alexander Gaidaenko, both joined FAM Group recently and bringing in long-standing history in the mining, materials handling and service industry in Russia and CIS region. “The market reaction was very positive, to have FAM acting locally,” highlighted Guido Hesse, General Manager FAM CIS.
