Nederman MikroPul managing director Brian Hooker has released a statement about a change in the company’s operations.
The statement reads:
As part of the integration process that has been occurring with Nederman Pty Ltd and MikroPul Australia Pty Ltd following the acquisition which occurred on 1 October 2012, the two business units operating in Australia will be merged into one business.
As of the 1 May 2015 the two business units will operate as Nederman MikroPul Pty Ltd and using the existing Nederman Pty Ltd ABN 75 002 459 672.
During the transition period there will be no change in the operations of the business in terms of the services and products provided and there will be no change in the contact details for the company.
The two brand names of Nederman and MikroPul will still be used to differentiate the products and services that are available to our valued client base.
The Nederman brand will remain as the standard and configured products lines, whilst MikroPul will retain its position as one of the leading names in providing engineered solutions and aftermarket services to our clients.
These changes may result in changes to bank account details etc. and these changes will be advised to those affected as required.
