Columbia Steel is pleased to announce that Tony Miotke has been appointed as the company’s new dragline product engineering manager.
Miotke joined Columbia Steel in 1999 and has a wide range of wear part design experience, having previously served as lead engineer for dragline products.
He also worked with the company’s aggregate crusher products group.
Columbia’s director of sales and marketing Chad Rathke said: "Tony has a wealth of product knowledge and strong relationships with key customers and dealers from his previous time spent in the dragline group.
"Both the company and our customers will continue to benefit from Tony’s deep product background and expertise."
Columbia Steel serves coal surface mines, aggregate producers, cement plants and metallic mining operations.
The company also serves scrap recyclers with a range of replacement wear parts in various alloys.
