Insulated prefabricated buildings for the mining industry
Buildings are assembled on either a concrete slab or steel frame. The panels are constructed from 40mm flame retardant polystyrene sheets cladded with 0.58mm chromadek sheeting. Bespoke units are designed and manufactured to clients’ requirements and shipped from Cape Town to project sites.
Building kits are in a knock down format, making them readily transportable on conventional trucks. No additional equipment such as cranes are required for off-loading allowing structures to be installed in even the most inaccessible locations. The company has a head office and a warehouse in Bellville, Cape Town, which was established over seven years ago.
The company’s manufacturing facility has been established in Markman Industria, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This facility is capable of producing 220 panels in a single shift, which is the equivalent of five classrooms. We currently employ 41 permanent staff and utilise ten subcontractor teams to erect the buildings.

With more than eight years’ experience and a continually growing team of passionate professionals, we are able to supply temporary accommodation units and set up mining camps in as little as four days.
Our high-quality accommodation units are fully insulated and available in different sizes, depending on your specific on-site needs and can be built either on a concrete slab foundation or a light steel frame.
We also manufacture, supply and install high-quality clinics, offices and classroom units. All our units come with a three-month maintenance plan and a five-year structural warranty.
