ARC I BX1 is Chesterton’s 100% solids, impact-resistant, ceramic-reinforced, epoxy/urethane hybrid coating for severe abrasive wear and impact service.
ARC I BX1 has been used in the most demanding mining environments to protect and extend the life of mining and ore processing equipment such as bucket wheel excavators, discharge plates, hoppers/chutes, vibrating screen decks, mill feeders, slurry pumps and piping, and hydrocyclones.
It is easily applied by trowel and provides a longer lasting alternative to rubber lining ceramic tiles and high nickel and chrome alloys.
Whether you are dealing with the effects of abrasive slurries or dry matter, ARC I BX1 will protect and extend the life of your process equipment, reducing the effects of abrasion, erosion, and corrosion.
