The high volume froth (HVF) pump is designed to service air entrained slurries.
The HVF pump has several innovative features to provide the most economical and efficient process, including its patented hydraulic impeller, which removes air from the impeller eye while the pump is working. This enables continuous operation, less downtime and maintenance.
The HVF’s deaeration chamber actively removes air from the pumping process to lower product losses and water additions. As well as supplying a new system, GIW can retrofit the HVF pump into an existing froth application, to improve cost-effectiveness and reduce power and water usage.
GIW’s HVF pump is environmentally friendly, self-maintaining and reduces the overall total cost of ownership.
