Shell QGC had an inefficient travel booking system, as well as manual Excel-based reporting. They had a Site Travel Team of 20 staff who manually facilitated all the travel movements. Fly2Work was custom built-in direct consultation with Shell QGC over an approx. 120-day period. In addition to the software, an agreement was made to outsource Site Travel Team to IONYX employment and reduce headcount from 20 to six staff through Fly2Work.
