Lawrence Engineering (LE) supplies engineering services for the mining, water, rural and wind energy industries.
We are dedicated to providing the highest-quality workmanship and customer service, so we consistently strive to be dynamic and proactive within the industry.
Specialised services for the mining sector
LE has supported the mining industry for more than 25 years with a broad variety of services.
Available 24/7, we aid mining companies by providing projects, in-house engineering and maintenance, surface protection, surface and underground mine site maintenance, and equipment installations.
We also offer poly pipe services, wear plate solutions, and hire services for shutdown labour, industrial cranes, and general equipment.
CNC plate processing capabilities
LE’s plate processing facility is serviced by a Kinetic K5000 computational numerical control (CNC) plasma/oxy profile cutting machine. Combined with a Hypertherm HPR400XD high-definition plasma torch, a 48HP spindle assembly, a 24-position automatic tool changer and bevel head assembly enabled a complete part processing approach prior to external path cutting.
We have formed strong relationships with wear plate suppliers and are continually evolving with wear liner solutions to enhance liner product performance.
Crane and equipment hire services
LE offers a wide range of plant and equipment for hire. These include various mobile slew and pick-and-carry cranes, riggers, man baskets and spreader bars.
Our portfolio of equipment for hire includes boom and scissor lifts, a 12t beaver tail or 9t flat-top truck, water pressure cleaners, and portable diesel welders and grit blasting equipment.
Past mining projects
For 25 years, LE has completed various mining projects in Australia. These involved different installations and materials such as conveyor systems, platforms, thickener tanks, stairways, structural steel, and walkways.
