Our IFE heavy-duty feeders, which have an exciter drive, are ideally used for very high feed rates, as they perform well in harsh conditions. They are available in large machine dimensions and manufactured with robust materials in order to be able to handle the highest capacities. Typical applications involve crusher feeding, logistics and as distributors for downstream screening machines with high feed rates.
Generally, the design of IFE vibrating feeders are application-based. Therefore, taking the individual demands of our customers into account, there is a wide variety of versions available including wear plates out of different material, dust covers, which either can be stationary or vibrating or material inlet chutes which are combined with slide gates. There is also the option for feeding of hot material, which, optionally, can include cooling appliances for cooling of material.
