Canadian firm Pronto Solutions Alliance (PSA) has launched a rapid enterprise resource planning (ERP) software platform to enable mining companies to significantly reduce operations time and costs.
The company uses a templated deployment modelled from global mining organisations to offer savings to miners without compromising on performance through the implementation of ERP software.
The chart of accounts and reporting structure offered by the solution are expected to enable miners to take up upcoming construction or production activities that require considerable costing and project control.
PSA COO Andrew Morley said: “It has enabled our emerging mining clients to see unparalleled implementation results that include full business intelligence reporting and SOX, IFRS and GAAP compliance that our mining clients rely on.
“We are reporting several hundred hours less than a typical ERP implementation with a primary focus on more value-added tasks like design, training and pre-go-live user testing.”
The Mining ERP solution comprises models related to stock classification, plant maintenance methodology, inventory processes and business intelligence reporting structures.
Early stage mining companies can use the deployment solution to commence operations on a fully integrated ERP system in eight weeks, according to the company.
The rapid deployment solution is based on the foundation of Pronto Xi ERP Software, which offers rapid access to information.
In addition, Pronto Xi ERP Software helps improve employee performance and enhances key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
PSA offers assistance to mining companies throughout their mining lifecycle.
The company’s software solutions offer fully integrated mining functionality, including field service, plant maintenance, and tenement management.
