Mexus Gold US has reached an agreement to form a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with MarMar Holdings, for the development of the Julio / Santa Elena property located in Caborca, Mexico.
Under the terms of the agreement, the latter will operate the property and oversee the development costs.

Australian Mines has reached an agreement with Jervois Mining, based on which the former will acquire a 51% interest in the Arunta West project located in Lake Mackay, Western Australia, Australia, from the latter.
Upon completion of the transaction, Australian Mines will become the operator and manage the project.
