Emu NL has agreed to raise A$600,000 ($460,000) by issuing four million shares in a private placement.
As part of the placement, the subscribers will receive a free option for every two ordinary fully paid shares convertible into a listed, partly-paid share on or before 30 April 2018.
Based in Australia, Emu is a junior resource company.
Canada-based mineral explorer Globex Mining has raised C$550,000 ($430,000) in a private placement of 846,153 flow-through common shares priced at C$0.65 ($0.51) a share.
The flow-through shares are issued at 55% premium to the current market price and are subject to a four-month holding period.
Treasury Metals has agreed to issue 4.5 million flow-through common shares, priced at C$670,000 ($530,000) a share, in a private placement to raise C$3.02m ($2.38m).
