The industry’s overall hiring increased by 21.59% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.
Out of the mining industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 4.54% share in August 2022, recording an increase of 1.28% over the last three-month average share.

En++ Group posted 20 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by MMC Norilsk Nickel with 1 job and a 50% drop. .
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.43%, flat growth from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 19.05% share, registered an increase of 300% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 4.76% share, flat growth over July 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 4.76%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
