Pure Resources has entered into a non-binding heads of agreement with industrial services provider SSH Group to expedite the development of the Reedy Creek Garnet Project in Western Australia.
The agreement aims to establish a collaborative framework for both parties to ready the project for commercial production.
The partnership outlines a structured approach to project development, with SSH Group contributing internal resources to support the final investment decision (FID) for the Reedy Creek Project.
This collaboration will follow an initial project engagement contract framework to align with project milestones. Upon completion of the FID, the alliance will enter an exclusive negotiation period to establish a life-of-mine, whole-of-site operations contract, with all terms subject to mutual agreement.
The scope of work under the initial project engagement includes SSH leading site operations to accelerate studies, identify early revenue opportunities and conduct mining scenario planning. This is particularly advantageous given the outcropping nature of the garnet deposit, which could potentially streamline the transition to full production.
Pure Resources executive chair Patrick Glovac said: “The Strategic Alliance with SSH Group represents a significant step forward in enhancing our operational and execution capacity. Building this capability through partnership will accelerate the development of the Reedy Creek Garnet Project and position us strongly for long-term success.”

SSH Group managing director and CEO Daniel Cowley-Cooper said: “We are excited to partner with Pure Resources and contribute to the acceleration of Reedy Creek’s development. Having a strategic alliance for initial project engagement and whole of-site operations positions us as a valuable execution partner for Pure Resources.”
