The industry’s overall hiring increased by 27.71% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
Out of the mining industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 56.6% share in November 2021, recording an increase of 0.88% over the last three-month average share.

Entry Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Entry Level jobs held a share of 50%, flat growth from October 2021. Junior Level positions with a 37.5% share, registered a decline of 72.73% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 12.5% share, down 83.33% over October 2021.
